Admission Procedure
Admission is granted strictly on the basis of merit, regardless of caste, creed, or community.
Every candidate must be registered with the school before appearing for the admission test.
To register, parents/guardians must obtain the Prospectus-cum-Application form by making the required payment at the school office.
The completed form should be submitted within the specified deadline. The following documents are required at the time of registration:
-
Four recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
-
One passport-sized photograph of each parent (father and mother).
-
Proof of residence (e.g., utility bill, rental agreement, or any government-issued document).
-
Mark sheet of the last class passed (from Class 1 onwards) and the transfer certificate.
-
Aadhaar card (or any other valid government-issued ID).
-
Birth certificate or any official document serving as proof of age.
Selection for admission is based on performance in the entrance test and a personal interview.
Once admission is granted, parents/guardians must submit the required fees within three days of receiving the admission order.
Failure to do so will result in the seat being forfeited and offered to the next eligible candidate at the discretion of the principal.
Admissions are granted for the full academic year, and parents/guardians are required to pay the complete annual fees at the time of admission.
Students transferring from other schools must present a duly countersigned transfer certificate from the District Education Officer,
along with the previous school's mark sheet. Admission will be deemed invalid if these documents are not provided.
Registration for the admission test is valid for one attempt only. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Parents are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions, age criteria, and other admission guidelines before registering their child.
